There is no one pill, food, medicine or exercise that can ever help you lose weight or burn fat alone. This is because losing weight is a combination of over a hundred different chemical and metabolic functions that have a mind- body connection and which require a balance of all the spheres needed to put that in place. These spheres are good nutrition, smart exercise, restorative sleep and effectively managing stress and emotions.
Yes, there are foods that help and can bring you close to your results. The one I am discussing today is something that I have been researching and using with clients over the last two years, and the results and research just seem to get better and more positive.
Along with promoting clear skin, improving digestion and supporting the immune system, this can help you shed extra kilos as well.
Apple cider vinegar can help you lose weight in a few different ways. Firstly, its strong flavour stimulates the production of stomach acid and bile in the digestive system, so that you are able to break down food more effectively.
While mainstream media and the pharmaceutical industry tell us that too much stomach acid is a common problem, this is actually incorrect.
Many people, especially those consuming a diet high in processed foods, suffer from low stomach acid, which contributes to poor digestion and weight gain.
Apple cider vinegar also supports weight loss by contributing good bacteria to the gut. One of the most common problems that most of us face is a poor ratio in our gut bacteria count. This leads to bloating, candida, thrush, inability to lose weight, migraines and headaches, poor skin and hair quality, bad breath, feeling lethargic and tired, IBS and bowel disorders and diseases like cancer and fatty livers.
This is where I should mention that the type of apple cider vinegar you buy is very important. It must be raw, unpasteurised organic apple cider vinegar. You will be able to tell from the cloudy appearance of the vinegar. There may even be chunks or strings floating in the liquid. This is entirely safe, and in fact, ideal! Those bits indicate that there are healthy living cultures in the vinegar.
When you drink this living pro-biotic food, more beneficial bacteria take up residence in your gut. These bacteria protect you from illness and play an important role in extracting nutrition from what you eat. This means that you are able to get more nutrients from less food, and your body becomes satisfied more quickly, it is natural weight loss.
Finally, apple cider vinegar supports weight loss by stabilising blood sugar. A number of studies performed on diabetic patients found that blood sugar levels showed less fluctuation when a small amount of apple cider vinegar was consumed before a meal.

 I usually suggest 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon in a glass of water before meals
 For acidity and reflux I suggest the same.
 Try out this recipe to boost immunity; it works well with adults, kids, common cold, cough and flu to cancer and diabetes.
 Apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon)
 Lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
 Raw honey (1.5 tablespoon)
 Turmeric
(2 tablespoons)
 Cracked black pepper (1/4th teaspoon)
 Cinnamon (1/4th teaspoon) – Sri Lankan Rolled
If you want to make this more effective add crushed garlic, a dash of cayenne pepper and a dash of mashed ginger or juice. If you add ginger, you can add a little more raw honey.
Caution:
There have been reports of people suffering damage to the oesophagus from drinking apple cider vinegar straight from the bottle. I recommend consuming no more than three tablespoons daily, and always diluting the vinegar with other liquids.
Apple cider vinegar should be consumed with caution by people with a condition called gastroparesis, or delayed emptying of the stomach. Some experts have expressed concern that the increased acid levels could cause damage to digestive organs. I recommend addressing underlying conditions with a nutrient-dense, whole-food diet before adding apple cider vinegar to your daily regimen.
Whether or not you need to lose weight, raw apple cider vinegar makes an excellent addition to your preventative health routine!
