Carnival 2016

Carnival 2016 was flagged off in Panaji by Deputy Chief Minister Francis D’Souza in the presence of Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar and chairman GTDC, Nilesh Cabral. The parade had ‘Nachom-ia Kumpasar’ fame Palomi Ghosh singing the title song of the movie. There was also an FC Goa tableaux withplayers Mandar Rao Desai and Romeo Fernandes waving to the crowds.
