LG has announced Q60, the mid-range Android Smartphone, in India for `13,490. This phone was earlier launched at the Mobile World Congress (MWC). The phone comes with a 6.26-inch HD+ FullVision display that has a screen resolution of 1520 pixel x 720 pixels. The phone runs on 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 12nm processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. With 3GB RAM and 64GB storage onboard, this phone has a scope of expansion up to 1TB using a microSD card. Running on Android v9.0 Pie edition, this dual-SIM phone supports fingerprint sensor. On the optics side, LG Q60 comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera sporting LED flash, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 5-megapixel Super Wide Angle lens. For selfies and video calling, the phone has a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. Its network features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, and GPS + GLONASS. There is a 3500 mAh battery that provides backup. This phone will be available in India from October 1 in Moroccan blue colour. The device was launched at MWC in aurora black colour as well.
Samsung has announced the arrival of Galaxy A70S in India, which is a successor of Galaxy A70. This phone comes with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 pixels x 1080 pixels. The features of this phone don’t differ majorly from A70. It runs on Android v9.0 Pie edition with Samsung One UI and packs 2GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 675 Mobile Platform coupled with Adreno 612 GPU. This Dual-SIM supported device has 6GB and 8GB variants with 128GB, which can be expanded up to 512GB with a microSD card. There is a 64-megapixel rear camera sporting LED flash, a 5-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. This phone also has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. HMD Global has confirmed the set of phones that will receive the Android v10 – Go Edition updates, backed by the announcements made by Google for entry-level phones. Nokia 1 Plus will receive the Android v10 Go Edition update by Q1 2020 whereas Nokia 2.1 and Nokia 1 will receive the updates by Q2 2020. The company has not yet confirmed the exact dates in the quarter. According to Google, this update will bring several improvements such as effective switching between the apps without bottlenecking memory, speeding up of app launch by 10 per cent compared to what it did on Android v9 Go-Edition, New encryption and more.

Huawei has paired with Harman Kardon to deliver theater-quality sound.
