\nThe seasons of life hit me hard,
\nWith rain and the unmerciful sun tearing my soul apart.
\nOh! How badly I wished to get to the start,
\nTo begin once again with a bold new heart.<\/p>\n
Alas! It was too late.
\nI was left at the mercy of unforgiving fate.
\nDark grey clouds hovered over me
\nAnd lightening made my soul melancholy.
\nOh! I had lost myself.<\/p>\n
The rays of the sun seemed like a distant dream
\nMy soul flowed away from it like a lifeless stream.
\nOh! How I longed to get to what I used to be,
\nWalking into this world fearless and free.<\/p>\n
So, you my friend are a pillar of concrete,
\nWith endless people trying to break you apart.
\nNo matter how unsteady was your beginning,
\nBut be sure to write a beautiful journey, that\u2019s worth reading.<\/p>\n
Often, we laugh out loud with a heavy heart
\nThat my friend is life\u2019s greatest irony.
\nFollow your path with a determined heart
\nOr else you will say at the end,
\nI lost myself, Oh! I lost myself.<\/p>\n
