Nadia, a Class 10 student of Sarvodaya Educational Society\u2019s High School says she wanted the song to encourage people to support football and believe that India could one day qualify for the FIFA World Cup. \u201cIt took me a month to write the song. My school schedule allowed me to spare only about 15 minutes a day. Later, I made several changes to the lyrics before recording and shooting the video,\u201d she says, adding that she also wanted the song to include references to different parts of the country before it was recorded and filmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadia\u2019s interest in singing began at the age of 10 after watching a performance on America\u2019s Got Talent. \u201cI liked the way the participant sang, so I started practising that song. Gradually, I learned more songs, and that\u2019s how my interest grew,\u201d says the youngsters who has previously done cover songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The song has been written, composed and sung by Nadia. The audio was recorded by Siddesh Dhulapkar at Music Hut Recording Studio, Goa, while the video was shot by Abdul Shaik at AS Studio, Goa, and edited by Popcorn Th3ory, Goa. The music was produced with the help of her sister, Shaina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadia took up music four years ago and has been training in Western and Hindustani classical singing for the last six months. She also participates in Konkani singing competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from singing, Nadia has represented her school football team and closely follows the sport.
