Kayleigh wins Novella Launchpad

Novella Launchpad – A short story reading and writing competition at Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration (CIBA) Verna was organised by – a product by Criador Solutions, a start-up incubated with CIBA.

The contest received over 50 entries from students from various educational institutes in Goa. The finale witnessed readings of the top 20 stories. Kayleigh Sousa from Manovikas School won first place for her story ‘The Purple Jacket’ and Ramira Mascarenhas from Our Lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School won second place for her story ‘Trapped within a Locket’.

Speaking on the occasion, chief guest was Fr Victor Ferrao said: “Everything in our life is a narrative.” CEO, Criador Solutions Inacio Fernandes encouraged participants to be more creative and keep writing short stories for Novella.
