Kamal Morarka, chairman, Visvesvaraya Industrial Research and Development Centre and promoter of World Trade Center Goa (WTC) recently met Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Goa at the Raj Bhavan, to discuss promotion of international trade and investment in the state. Vijay Kalantri, vice chairman, WTC- Goa was also present on this occasion.
During the interactive discussion, the Governor said that, Goa is one of the most progressive states in India. “Besides tourism, the state holds enormous potential in promoting investment in agro-processing and services sector,” he said.
WTC is opened office in the state since 2015. As part of the global network, the Goa office gives acts as a trade facilitator and gives local businessmen access to international companies.
