Goa’s Dayne makes clean sweep in RS:X Olympic class



Goa’s Dayne Coehlo had an impressive day at the 75 Knots Regatta being held at Dona Paula as he won all three races in the RS:X Olympic class and notched his chances to climb up the national rankings.

Dayne witnessed some resistance from Ebad Ali and K Arjun Reddy but he went on to beat them to register a comfortable lead from his three races.

In the Raceboard Men’s class Khorani Kishanbhai from AANC Orissa and Adarsh Chunekar in the Raceboard Juniors are in the lead after 3 races.

Sanchita Pant of EMESA Hyderabad leads after 4 races ahead of Durga Prasad Erra and Vamshi Nanavath of NBSC, Goa in the Laser 4.7. While in the Laser Radial, Santosh Banoth leads Akash and Vishwanath Padidala all from NBSC, Goa.

In the 470 Olympic Class the team of AYN, Ayaz Shaikh and Upkar Singh took the gun in the first race and were overall first at the end of 4 races on Day one ahead of Vignesh R/Powan Raj M and PP Muthu/SC Singha all
from AYN.
