Market development programme on Africa on Aug 28

PANAJI: The World Trade Center, Goa, will be holding a one-day, Market Development Programme – Africa, on August 28, 2019, from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm at Nalanda Hall, EDC Building, Dr Atmaram Borkar Road. The programme aims at giving sectior  specific information on business opportunities for exports to Africa. Dr Sunil Modi,  who has spent close to 40 years promoting businesses in the African continent, who is known for his in-depth knowledge of the African market will be conducting the programme. Modi has been closely associated with the India Africa Alliance as its president and has successfully conducted workshops in Sri Lanka, Japan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Nepal Bangladesh. Shriram City Union Finance NCD Issue opens

MUMBAI: NBFC major Shriram City Union Finance Limited has announced the issue of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) which offers an effective yield (interest rate) of up to 9.85% per annum opened from August 21 to September 19, with an option of early closure or extension. The NCDs carry a face value of Rs.1,000 each, and the minimum investment amount is Rs.10,000. The investment tenors comprise two, three and five years, with annual and cumulative options for two years and monthly, annual and cumulative options for three and five years. The Base Issue size is Rs.100 crore, with an option to retain oversubscription to the extent of Rs 900 crore. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE.
