Princess removal work to commence on Monday

PANAJI: The director of Tourism, Mr Swapnil Naik Wednesday said that the actual work on removal process of River Princess, the vessel that has been lying grounded off the Candolim-Sinquerim beach for nearly 11 years, would begin on Monday. Mr Naik said that the management of Arihant Ship Breakers has been told to start the preparatory work like erecting barricade on the beach etc.
