Mad rush for filing nominations for municipal polls

PANAJI: There was a mad rush for the filing of nominations all over the state on Monday, the final day for filing nominations for the October 31 municipal elections. The scrutiny of the nomination papers will be held on Tuesday, while the nominations can be withdrawn   on October 13.
