GSPCB directs MPT to stop activities related to development of berth no 7

PANAJI: In a major decision, the Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) has directed the Mormugao Port Trust (MPT) authorities to immediately stop or suspend all ongoing activities related to development of berth number seven till such time the project was granted environment clearance by the Union Ministry of Environment and Forests, besides other clearances by the local authorities.
