PANAJI: Tourists and crewmembers of cruise boats and offshore casinos, among others, run the risk of being left high and dry in case any mishap takes place due to absence of specialised safety equipment for search and rescue at the Panaji minor port. The waters around the Panaji minor port have a lot of traffic. This stretch is always chock-a-block with cruise boats, trawlers, barges and offshore casinos.
