Ports directed not to allow ships arriving from Japan to de-ballast

PANAJI: Instructions have been issued by the Goa State Pollution Control Board to the Mormugao Port as well as the city port as regards not allowing the ships arriving from Japan to de-ballast the water, in view of the fears of radiation leaks in that country.
