Affle Q2 PAT at  `156 million

NEW DELHI: Affle (India) Limited, a consumer intelligence driven global technology Company,  announced the results for second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2019. Affle reported a robust performance for H1 FY2020 with a consolidated revenue of Rs 1,593 million, an increase in revenue by 38.8% y-o-y. EBITDA was at Rs 404 million, an increase of 47.1% y-o-y; registering an EBITDA margin expansion of 1.4%. PAT increased by 59.7% y-o-y to Rs 288 million, and PAT margin expanded by 2.3%. For Q2 FY2020, consolidated revenue was at Rs 847 million, an increase of 40.4% y-o-y. EBITDA was at Rs 217 million, an increase of 41.1% y-o-y. PAT increased by 51.2% y-o-y to Rs. 156 million, and PAT margin expanded by 1.2%. The company generated operating cash flow of Rs 167 million in H1 FY2020; a significant growth from Rs 1.2 million in H1 last year.

Shriram Housing Finance raises `680 cr
from public sector banks

MUMBAI: Shriram Housing Finance Limited (SHFL), a subsidiary of Shriram City Union Finance (SCUF) has raised sanctions to the tune of Rs 680 crores from various public and private sector banks along with NHB. SHFL has also completed its maiden PTC transaction with ICICI Bank which has been rated AAA (SO). The company received Rs 100 cr each from Indian Bank and United India, Rs150 cr from Canara Bank (securitization deal), Rs 150 cr from Syndicate Bank (term loans), Rs 50 cr from ICICI via a pass through certificate (PTC) and Rs 130 cr from National Housing Bank (NHB) through a re-finance scheme.  Ravi Subramanian, Managing Director & CEO, Shriram Housing Finance said, ‘We are happy with the confidence that the market has shown in us. Despite market challenges, SHFL has not only been able to fulfil its liability obligations but also has been able to generate fresh business, without compromising on portfolio quality”.

GCCI to hold Business Diva competition

PANAJI: For the first time women entrepreneurs in the state will be felicitated for success in business with the GCCI in association with the Forum for Innovation, Incubation, Research & Entrepreneurship (FiiRE) and Geno Foundation is seeking entries from women entrepreneurs for the Business Diva Awards.  The competition is scheduled for January 14 2020. It is organised by the women wing of the GCCI and aims to to encourage women with innovative businesses or startup ideas. Winners will get structured incubation at FiiRE, mentoring by industry veterans, networking opportunities, access to funding besides cash prizes.
