‘ASSOCHAM Startup Elevator Pitch’ today

With a view to give impetus to Goa’s budding startup ecosystem, the Minister for Information Technology (IT), Revenue, Labour and Employment, Jennifer Monserrate, will inaugurate an ASSOCHAM Startup Elevator Pitch event on November 8 at Goa Institute of Management (GIM). ASSOCHAM Launchpad – Startup Elevator Pitch Series, an initiative and platform for budding entrepreneurs is being organised in 12 cities across
India.

It also a chance for budding Goan startups to showcase talent, generate funding and win prizes worth upto Rs 1.5 cr.

“This pitch competition is a great place for all Goan entrepreneurial voices to be heard as it would help young entrepreneurs across the coastal state to showcase their ideas in front of the entrepreneurial community, pitch to multiple investors, get insights on how to scale up business, gain some valuable exposure and feedback,” said Manguirish Pai Raikar, chairperson, ASSOCHAM MSME Development Council.

“The ASSOCHAM Startup Launchpad is helping talented and aspiring entrepreneurs network, build partnerships and most importantly, giving them a chance to secure funding and accelerate their business,” said Tripti Somani, co-chairperson, ASSOCHAM National Council on Startups.
