Panic has set in the minds of people of Vasco, especially those living in the area, who had been to the doctor’s clinic. They came forward to undergo the COVID test. They were referred to the sub-district hospital at Chicalim.

locality has been sealed.
“I urge the people not to panic as the government is doing its best to calm the situation,’’ Roy added.
Senior administrative and police officials camped at the locality, preventing the people from entering and exiting the area.
South Goa superintendent of police Arvind Gawas also visited Mangor Hill.
Deputy collector and sub-divisional magistrate, Mormugao, Paresh Faldessai said, “The entire area, which has been declared as a containment zone, has been sealed.
