School of Symbiosis organises SPECTRA 2021

On the eve of National Science Day, School of Symbiosis, Shiroda organised ‘SPECTRA 2021’. The main objective of the event was to make students aware that all subjects have equal importance and that they should excel in everything. The event included creative and novel exhibits, static models, working models, charts, games, wall paintings, Mediveda (an organic herbal collection), etc, in the subjects of science, mathematics, computer, history, geography, English, Hindi, Marathi and Konkani. 

The event started with a floral tribute to portrait of Indian scientist, C V Raman followed by students, teachers and headmaster expressing their views on the day. A quiz and role play were the main attractions of the special assembly. 

Chief guest for the function was retired chief scientist NIO Goa, Ramesh Kumar.

Each departments presented charts, models, activities and quizzes. The school campus was also decorated with a rangoli, wall hangings, placards, etc. 

Kumar along with the guest of honour, Sachin Shirodkar and other dignitaries visited each department and appreciated the efforts of students and teachers. The exhibition was visited by parents and teachers neighbouring schools as well.
