Goa Professional League postponed

PANAJI: The Goa Football Association on Tuesday announced the postponement of Selvel Goa Professional League. “Following the sudden withdrawal of Corps of Signals team from the Selvel Goa Professional League, the Executive Committee decided to postpone it. The new tentative date to launch the championship is 27th January 2021,” GFA stated in a press release on Tuesday. “With the first two Rounds being postponed, the league will start on 27.01.2021 with the Round 3, Match No 13, FC Goa v/s Salgaocar FC. The schedule then will follow from Round 3 onwards,” it added. The revised draw, after filling in the vacant slot, is expected to be released soon.

PANAJI: FC Goa announced its 26-member squad for the Developmental Team that will take part in this year’s Goa Pro League. The squad includes eight players who have been promoted from the U18 team.
