The first non-veg start-up ‘Ohh Idly’ was launched in Goa on Monday at the hands of CEO of GSB Research and Consulting Pvt Ltd, Gourab Sarkar, woman entrepreneur, Gargi Chowdhury of “Ohh Idly“, Yogesh Naik and chef Sunit Sharma.
“In this digital era cloud kitchen is the way to go. People can order from the comfort of their homes through food delivery apps, as we will be listed. We are opening our base kitchen in Bardez and subsequently, we will open more all over Goa which will offer quick takeaways, with safe, hygienic and secure service. We plan to launch food vans across important beaches where people of Goa and visitors will enjoy a new snack which is healthy, also generating local employment as well in these times when economic times are slow to redefine ‘Idli’ and that’s why we are writing ‘IDLY’,” said Gargi Chowdhury.

Gourab Sarkar has been handholding start-ups from the product ideation to market launch of the product.
