Mango Yogurt Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

Mango peeled and diced                              1 no

Yogurt                   1 cup

Ice                          1 cup

Cinnamon powder                          ½ tsp

Lemon juice                       1 tsp

Pumpkin seeds                 1 tbsp

METHOD:

STEP 1: Add yogurt, lime juice and cinnamon powder in a blender and blend well.

STEP 2: Add the rest of the ingredients in your blender and blend for a minute or two, until the mixture is smooth.

STEP 3: Divide between two cups and serve immediately.

Peanut Butter and Honey Oat Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

Rolled oats (pan roasted)             2 cups

Yogurt                                   ½ cup

Almond milk                       1 cup

Banana                                 1 no

Peanut butter                   3 tbsp

Honey                                   2 tbsp

Flaxseed powder                             1 tbsp

METHOD:

STEP 1: Place oats in a blender and blend well.

STEP 2: Pour milk into the blender and allow processed oats to soften in milk for about 2-3 minutes.

STEP 3: Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

STEP 4: Serve immediately.

Healthy Mango Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

Oats       1/4 cup

Lemon juice       1 tsp

Coconut milk      ½ cup

Fresh mango      ½ cup

Plain yogurt        1/3 cup

Honey   1 tsp

Sunflower seeds              1tbsp

Ice          ½ cup

METHOD:

STEP 1: Dry roast oats in a pan and let it cool.

STEP 2: Add pan-roasted oats in a blender and blend it well till the texture appears powdered.

STEP 3: Place the rest of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

STEP 4: Serve immediately.
