Bringing out the best in the little



Little School, Margao organised an inter school elocution, dance, and singing competition to commemorate the schools 20th anniversary year. The programme, ‘Udaan 2.0’ was held at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao.

More than 300 children from 12 schools across Goa competed for the coveted trophy.

The King’s School was awarded the first place in dance competition while the Ardee School and the Vidya Vikas Academy won the second and third place respectively.

Mount Litera Zee School was awarded the first place in the singing competition while King’s School was won the second place and St Sebastian English Primary School secured the third place.

Sarah Jaju from the Ardee School won the first place in elocution competition, Nathan Araujo from King’s School won the second place and Yohan Fernandes from Ardee School secured the third place.

The dance competition was judged by Prerna Agarwal and Sachika Almeida Sharma, The singing competition was judged by Gautami Bambolkar and Anupama Prabhudesai and the elocution competition was judged by Valane Afonso and Priya Almeida.

Principal, Tanuja Jaju expressed joy and satisfaction of completing a 20 years journey which began with three students in a flat to more than 600 children in its bigger premise in Fatorda. Jaju also announced the launch of Little’s new entity called, Playgroup – Home Away From Home, which will cater to the kids less than three
years old.
