The fourth event of the ongoing SPANDAN 6th Annual Global Art Festival of Goa, ‘SPANDAN art…Around The Nature’, an art show by mother-daughter duo Neha Rani and eight-year-old Janice Sudhakar will open on January 22 at the Art Gallery, Entertainment Society of Goa, Panaji,
The exhibition will be inaugurated by chief guest, deputy chief minister and minister for tourism, sports and youth affairs, Manohar Ajgaonkar; guest of honour Naguesh Rao Sardessai and actor Kevin D’Mello.
Neha Rani is fascinated by the beauty in nature and derives her inspiration from it. She strives to present a painting that will soothe the soul. Janice had her first exhibition when she was six years old in 2017. She is passionate about drawing human figures and funny faces, finding inspiration from the story books she reads and watching her mother paint.
SPANDAN 6th Annual Global Art Festival of Goa is being organised by SPANDAN Global Art & Cultural Foundation till January 31, 2020. Apart from exhibitions, the festival consists of an award ceremony, contests, interactions, live demonstrations and other activities. The month-long exhibition consists of five art exhibitions in all, showcasing the best of art talent from Goa and other parts of the country.
