Vibrant Goa to embark on Middle East road show

Vibrant Goa 2019 held a workshop on the Middle East market recently. The workshop was to give the Goan businesses an insight about the opportunities for doing business with Oman, UAE, Kuwait and Qatar. The workshop had Prasham Joshi from LIC India and Dean Sequeria of Qatar Airways and was conducted by Anmol Modi, senior head, promotions, Vibrant Goa 2019.

Experts from Qatar and Oman interacted with local businessmen via live video conference with  Mohamed Shabeeb from BNI Qatar addressed the gathering. Mubeen Khan, ministry of commerce, government of Oman presented the economic scenario of Oman and informed participants on the investment opportunities in the country.

A Vibrant Goa delegation will be visiting Oman, UAE, Kuwait and Qatar from April 14-25 on a road show. The delegation is expected to highlight food sector, construction and building materials, mining, renewable energy, real estate and emerging technologies as key sectors for investment. Rajkumar Kamat, president, Vibrant Goa 2019 addressed the gathering and urged Goan businesses to join the delegation to the Middle East.
