‘Tis the season to be mixing

Big Daddy Casinos heralded the arrival of the festive season with a cake mixing ceremony. Conceptualised by F&B director and professional chef, Shubham Dhar, the event took place at Level 4, Ash-O-Rum onboard Big Daddy Casino. The attendees were guided through the process of mixing the ingredients of the festive fruit cake with wine and liquor to let them marinate in the juices, in preparation for the eventual baking. The event was a celebration of camaraderie and goodwill that characterises the spirit of Christmas.
