Sunburn comes to Goa, once again!

The Electronic Dance Music Festival, Sunburn will be held at Vagator from December 27 to December 29 this year. The three-day festival will showcase a wide line-up of artistes from different corners of the world.

CEO of Sunburn, Karan Singh said: Sunburn introduced the concept of dance music to India and has aided in building music tourism across the country. Over the last 12 years the festival has evolved from being just an on-ground event to an aspiration brand with millions of loyalists in India and the world over.”

“It feels nostalgic to come back home. We aim to get the true experience of dance music back to Goa and develop it further into a thriving music destination,” he added.

Sunburn Goa 2019 expects to contribute close to `1000 crores to the Goan economy besides generating employment.

Earlier Percept Live in collaboration with Goa-based Klassique Events hosted the two-day ‘Sunburn Klassique’ in February 2019 featuring a mix range of artistes, who presented a combination of music including commercial, techno, and trance.

Shailesh Shetty of Klassique Events said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to bring Sunburn back home to Goa. Goa missed Sunburn and Sunburn missed Goa. I am happy that we could work with Percept to bring Sunburn back here. This will be our second event with Sunburn, after the February Sunburn Klassique.” 

Over the years, Sunburn has hosted some of the top international EDM artistes including Sam Feldt, KYGO, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Martin Garrix, Kshmr, David Guetta, Dyro, Afrojack, Above and Beyond, Axwell, Infected Mushroom, Marshmello, Hardwell, Avicii, Armin Van Buuren, Deadmau5, Don Diablo, Paul Okenfold, DJ Snake, Alan Walker, Swedish House Mafia, Krewella, Axwell and Ingrosso, among others.
