Raghav Shetty and Surendra Shetty, the partners of the Sharan Patanjali mega store, addressing a press conference in the city on Tuesday, said that the mega stores, which will have a separate section for general Patanjali products, ayurvedic herbal medicine and herbal cosmetics, will also include a clinic with a doctor in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery trained in Haridwar, for consultation.
“The doctor will be available 6 days a week, from 10 am to 6 pm and handle all diseases including chronic diseases and seasonal diseases,” he added. It was also informed that the mega store offers Swadeshi Samriddhi Card facility, which provides 5 per cent to 10 per cent discount to the customers on the Patanjali products.
The super stockists of Patanjali products in Goa Rakesh Agarwal informed that Patanjali supplies its products to around 1,900 outlets in Goa, including Patanjali stores and supermarkets. He further said that last year, the annual turnover of Patanjali in Goa was Rs 40 crore and efforts are being made to double it this financial year.
Agarwal also stated that Patanjali products available in Goa arrive from Haridwar and there could be some delay in bringing these products to Goa. “We however are making all efforts to refill the stores with our products,” he concluded, maintaining that quality Patanjali products would be made available under one roof at Sharan Patanjali mega stores.
