PANAJI: Tatvesh Ramdas Sawant will join the club of rated chess players in the state after the 9-year-old completed his FIDE rating in the All India Fide Rating tournament held at Hubli, Karnataka. A class V student of Mahila and Nutan English High School, Margao, Tatvesh hails from Agonda, Canacona. He has been trained by Sanjay Kavlekar, Standrik Colaco and Raghunandan Gokhale.
