PANAJI: Saligao United beat St Sebastian St Cruz 1-0 in the inaugural match of 2nd all Goa inter-village football tournament, organised by Odxel Sports Club,

In another match, Odxel Sports Club overcame Sinquerim Sports Club 4-2 via the tie-breaker after both teams were tied 1-1 at full time. In the tie-breaker, Odxel scored through Naresh Diukar, Sunil Diukar and Sagar Diukar. Laxman Naik was the lone scorer for Sinquerim.
