MAPUSA: Parish Youth Nuvem beat Sodiem Siolim Sports Club 4-3 via tie-breaker to make it to the finals of the Parish Youth Vagator Soccer 2010, organised by PY Vagator and played at Ozran grounds, Vagator on Saturday.

Sodiem had the first crack at the rival goal, through a neat placement by Dylon Noronha, which missed the target by a whisker.
In the 15th minute, Xavier Colaco set up Joe Colaco just outside the penalty box whose fierce shot sailed over the horizontal bar.
Minutes later Rosario Noronha received a pass from Joe Colaco and latched a 25-yard half volley, which was brilliantly halted by Sodiem keeper Nandadeep Navekar.
A minute before the breather Stanley Colaco received a pass from medio Joe Colaco, but unluckily his long-ranger kissed the upright.
Nuvem side continued with the attack where in the 15th minute Xavier Colaco from the midfield sent a fine floater to well positioned Rosario Noronha whose diving header was tipped over the crosspiece by Sodiem custodian.
Sodiem had two glorious chances in the 50th and 60th minute to finish with a win, but their hardworking medio Preston Fernandes, squandered from close range.
To decide the winner penalty shootout was enforced, where Joe Colaco, Daniel Colaco, Xavier Colaco and Christo Colaco shot on target, while Raghu Shirodkar, Dylon Noronha and Rajesh Vaigankar scored for Sodiem.
