PANAJI: Parish Youth Nuvem trounced A A de Majorda 6-1 and enter the quarter-finals of St Anthony’s Super Soccer, organised by St Anthony’s Club at Directorate of Sports grounds, Colva on Wednesday.

Nuvem dominated the entire proceedings of the match with veteran Daniel Colaco controlling the midfield. Nuvem forged ahead in the 6th minute through Joe Colaco. In the 17th minute, Stanley scored to make it 2-0. Stanley once again found the rival net just before half time to make it 3-0.
In the second half,  Majorda reduced the margin through Lyndon Pereira in the 40th minute. Nuvem further consolidated their lead through Alpan Noronha and Christo Colaco increased the score in the dying minutes to swell the scoreline to six goals. Lyndon Pereira of Majorda was declared
man of the match.
