PANAJI: The Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs has extended the last date for submission of the application forms for Dilip Sardessai Sports Excellence Award for the year 2009-10 from July 16 to August 2. All state level sports associations have been asked to forward the applications of their nominees along with copies of certificates of achievements countersigned by competent authority to DSYA on or before August 2 positively by personal messenger / hand delivery.
