MAPUSA: A second half goal from Vishnu Singh enabled Goa pip Haryana 1-0 in their opening match of the 66th National School Games for U-19 played in Jammu. After a barren first session, Vishnu broke the deadlock off a neat cross from Rakesh Kumar. With today’s win Goa only need a draw from their next match against hosts Jammu & Kashmir on Wednesday to gain a spot in the quarters.
