PANAJI: CDJ Ribander qualified for the next stage from Santa Cruz zone of Coca Cola Celebration Cup after they spanked Piedade Youth Association 8-1 in the knock-out stage. A hat-trick each by Adrian Menezes and Dario Rodrigues, and goals from Omar Choudankar and Kunal Chetri enabled Ribander to annihilate Piedade. Ribander had earlier beaten Carambolim SC — who had defeated Don Bosco Oratory 2-1 — 5-1.
