MARGAO: Ambelim Sports Club scored 4-3 tie breaker win over Don Bosco Oratory Fatorda to move into the finals of the Cuncolim Union Trophy 2010 inter village football tournament organised by Cuncolim Union at Cuncolim football ground.

Ambelim will now clash with Sao Minguel Taleigao for the title to be played on Sunday, May 30. Benny Silva’s brilliant show under the Ambelim bar in the normal time was the highlight of their win. He saved three goals of Valent Silva, Vincent Barbosa and Francis Andrade of DBO. Samson Fernandes and Donald Rocha of Ambelim also missed chances of scoring. In the ensuing tie breaker, Clyton D’silva, Tibrucio Fernandes, Tremson Fernandes and Donald Rocha scored for Ambelim SC while Mahadev Talwar, Wilson Dias and Sanjay Borkar found the mark for DBO.
