PANAJI: Adarsh Yuvak Sangh, Saligao, defeated Vailankanni Sports Club, Arambol by a comfortable margin of 2-0 to enter the quarter-finals of 17th Pilerne Panchayat Cup inter-village soccer tournament, organised by Pilerne Sports Club and played at Maddanim grounds, Pilerne. Both goals came in the first half with Avelino Fernandes netting the first in the 7th minute and Rohidas Mhaloji scoring the second in the 28th minute.
