PANAJI:  The Pilerne Sports Club will organise all Goa 3-a-side tie-breaker football tournament on July 31 at St Ann Chapel at Marra-Pilerne. The kick-off is at 6.30pm. The winners and runners-up will be awarded Rs 8,000 and Rs 5,000, besides consolation prizes.
