SID Allied Ventures to launch garbage treatment products 

PANAJI: Making the most of Swach Bharat initiative of the government, Verna based, SID Allied Ventures, on Tuesday, announced the launch of waste management solutions for the Goan market.

The company plans to launch range of services and technologies that effectively manage waste while not harming the environment.

SID Allied Ventures director, David De Souza said that the company plans to introduce products such as bio cleaners, hygiene and disinfection products, waterless urinals, bio toilets, organic waste composters, kitchen waste shredders, etc, which are environment friendly, cost effective and eco-sustainable. Some of these products are already being marketed in other states, he said

De Souza further said that, outside Goa the company has worked on several projects such as composting ground, waste water converter and bio-toilets, among others.

“We would like to introduce some of these products in the Goan market,” he added.  Products like odour eliminators, disinfectants are being marketed in Pune, Maharashtra, Kerala and Nepal and have received good response from the market, he said.

A waste management company, SID Allied Ventures imports most of its products from its technology partner in Germany. The company runs a PET recycling plant in Verna that collects empty PET bottles and converts it to resin.
