Sandhar Technologies IPO to open on March 19
MUMBAI: Sandhar Technologies Limited (company or issuer) proposes to open on March 19, an initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to Rs 3,000 million (fresh issue) and an offer for sale of up to 6,400,000 equity shares by GTI Capital Beta Pvt Ltd (offer for sale and together with the fresh issue, the offer). The price band has been fixed from Rs 327 to Rs 332 per equity share. The bid/offer period will close on March 21. Bids can be made for a minimum lot of 45 equity shares and in multiples of 45 equity shares thereafter. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
