Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort hosted a cake mixing followed by a themed brunch to usher the festive season. Guests cheered and immersed aromatic Indian spices into the liquor to create the mixture for cakes for the season. The chef shared some quick tips and tricks to make the festive season more delectable. The hotel staff including general manager, Vishal Khosla; executive chef, Sachin Talwar and guests were a part of the event.
