Youth Eye, a national magazine, in collaboration with Mandovi Entertainment held their auditions for Mr and Ms Youth Eye, Best Face of the month and for a Bollywood film.
After conducting auditions in various parts of India, like Delhi, Mumbai and Pune, it was Goa’s turn to showcase its youth talent.
Around 100 participants tried their luck at the auditions. “This was a great opportunity for the Goan youth, as such auditions are never held in Goa, and it is for the very first time that such an audition has come to Goa. In fact, I would be happy if one couple from Goa will be selected for the Prabhuraj Banner Bollywood movie ‘Seven colours of love’,” said Mr Kunal Sagarkar, MD and CEO of Mandovi Entertainment.
Earlier, at a press conference, Vishnu Surya Wagh, the renowned writer launched a National level-Youth Eye ‘Youth Eye’ magazine.
Present among the various dignitaries and judges for the auditions were Sanjeev Salvi, fashion photographer, Monty Sally, fashion designer and Dawn Martimer, a renowned model.
The auditions were held at Kala Academy. The results of the auditions will be announced shortly. The participants will be judged on the following criteria- confidence, attitude, talent, etc.
Ten boys and girls each will be selected to compete for the title of Mr and Ms Youth Eye Goa and the winner will compete at the national level for the Mr and Ms Youth Eye India title.
Ms Karishma Karnik, Senior Administrative Management for the Youth Eye Magazine, a Pune based media publication said, “We have launched this Youth Eye Magazine recently. The magazine contents are related to youngsters; therefore we require a fresh face falling in the age bar of 20-30 years. In order to do this, we will be visiting several states for auditions.”
The Youth Eye Magazine is tied-up with Goa’s Mandovi Entertainment which is known to promote youth in films. After Goa, they will have auditions in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata and Maharashtra.
A Prabhuraj Banner movie ‘Seven colours of love’ is hunting for eight couples round the country to play exciting roles. ‘Youth Eye’ is a magazine having over 5 lakh circulation figure around India. It is a magazine which truly inspires the youth with everything from fashion, films, to news.
