VASCO: Hindi playback singer, Kailas Kher enthralled the students of K K Birla BITS Pilani, Goa Campus and hundreds of other college students from all over state and country with his mesmerising voice at a live performance staged at K K Birla BITS Pilani, Goa Campus during the concluding event of the ‘Waves-2011’, organised by the students of K K Birla BITS Pilani, Goa Campus, recently.
‘Waves-2011’ is the biggest event organised of K K Birla BITS Pilani, Goa Campus, inviting hundreds of college students including those of professional colleges from all over state and India. The three-day event saw various competitions like Mr Waves, Ms Waves, Fashion Show, Couple Dance, Group Dance, Street Play, Drama, Dance and various others events.
‘Waves-2011’ concluded with a live performance by Kailas Kher. A huge stage was set at the entrance of the auditorium.
Kailas Kher sung his latest hit songs including ‘Mein To Tere Pyar Me Diwana Hogaya’, ‘Kaise Bataye Yu Tujhko Chaye Yara Batana Paye…Tu Jaane Na’, ‘Oh Kitna Sona Tenu Rabane Banaya… Dil Kare Dekhta Rawa’, ‘Tere Naam Dhol Bajta… Tumba Bajta’, ‘Oof Tauba Tauba… Tauba Tauba Way… Teri Surat Masha Allah Way…Teri Surat’, ‘Sainya…Sainya’, ‘Allah Ke Bande Hai Hum… Allah Ke Bande’ and ‘Tu Kya Jaane…Tu Kya Jaane…Tu Bin Dil Bin Andaaz’.
Addressing the youth, Kailas Kher informed that his new album ‘Kailasa Rangeela’ will be launched soon.
“My new album ‘Kailasa Rangeela’ is dedicated to everybody who loves music,” informed Kher. He urged the music lovers not to buy or purchase fake or duplicate albums. He advised the audience to purchase his new album launched on Kailasa records.
He introduced his artists who were accompanied with him to make the event a grand success. His artists were Naresh Kamat (base), Paresh Kamat (guitar), Sanket Athale (percussion), Neil Gomes (acoustic-guitar and violin), Sameer Chiplunkar (keyboard), Kart Peters (drums) and Papas Roy (saaz and mandolin) gave a dashing start to Kailas Kher event.
Kailas Kher invited some of the girl students on to the stage to perform.
