All India Fine Arts and Crafts Society, New Delhi has announced the 83rd Annual All India Art Exhibition, which will be held in two parts in December, 2010 and January 2011. Part I will encompass the All India Painting and Sculpture Exhibition where as part II will deal with the All India Drawing and Graphics Exhibition.
Part I of the exhibition will be organised from December 15 to 29, 2010 for which the date to receive entries will be from September 13 to 20, 2010. Two cash awards of ` 25,000 each in Painting and Sculpture, ten cash awards of ` 15,000 each (five awards in each section) and ten cash awards of ` 10,000 each (five awards in each section i.e. painting and sculpture) will be awarded.
Part II of the exhibition will be organised from January 3 to 17, 2011 and the date to receive entries will be from September 13 to 20, 2010. Two cash awards of ` 25,000 each in Drawing and Graphics, ten cash awards of ` 15,000 each (five awards in each section) and ten cash awards of ` 10,000 each (five awards in each section i.e. drawing and graphics) will be awarded.
Limited prospectus along with the necessary details of rules and regulations are available at the Programme and Development Section of Kala Academy, which may be collected during office hours. It may please be noted that the entries along with the works may be submitted directly to the organisers.
