MARGAO: Spiritual leader and founder of the Art of Living Foundation, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, met the youth at an event held at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao recently.

The interactive session organised by the Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies, Margao was an event where youngsters from colleges across Goa along with principals of different degree colleges witnessed Sri Sri Ravishankar’s meditation session.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s message lay stress on the need for meditation in order to live a stress free and successful life filled with joy and enthusiasm.

Various questions, mostly pertaining to stress management, anger, the Common Wealth Games, work life, were answered by Sri Sri Ravishankar. He also interacted with the faculty and students of Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies. Later, a Bhakti concert was performed by the members of the Art of Living.
