There are many beauty problems which can be cured by eating the right foods. For example, weak nails can be cured by eating protein and calcium rich foods. Protein rich foods are eggs, lean meat and fish and calcium rich foods are all diary products. These foods strengthen the keratin in the hails which is mainly made up of proteins and calcium and cure weak and brittle nails by making them healthy.
Troubled skin - to keep the skin in a healthy and spotless condition you should eat omega+3 fatty acids, they control zits and skin inflammation. They are found in fatty fish, walnuts and flax seeds.
Bad breath - this causes revulsion in people and if you stink nobody wants to come close to you. This is due to the build up of bacteria in your mouth, to get rid of it eat plenty of curds regularly.
Insomnia - this is a problem which gives rise to many skin and health problems. You should drink milk with honey as this helps in curing insomnia and giving you a good night sleep.
Stress - it is another beauty destroyer. Constant stress can ruin your face, hair and figure. Eat carbs which secrete serotonin they are feel-good hormones which keeps stress and depression at bay these can be got from brown rice, pulses and lentils.
Poor eyesight - eat carrots and beetroots as they are full of vitamin A which is known as the eye vitamin. A glass of combined carrot and beetroot juice can put a sparkle in your eyes.
Smooth complexion - for a smooth complexion eat green leafy vegetables especially mustard greens which also make the complexion blemish free.
Tooth decay - eat vitamin D which is known to give you a sunny smile. It is found in fish, liver, milk, butter and eggs.
Pale face - iron gives a rosy tinge by preventing anaemia. Liver, apricots, eggs, almonds and soya beans are rich sources of iron. Eat these foods for rosy cheeks.
Wrinkled skin - proteins helps the skin to remain firm and youthful. To keep wrinkles at bay eat fish, meat, nuts, poultry, cereals.
