Honey Glazed Shrimps with its ample use of olive oil, garlic and spaghetti is one such preparation. Well we have all heard about the famous lyrics… ‘Honey, honey how you fill me aha!’ and if one sees the awesome effect of this finished preparation, you will start singing it too. Chef Melroy has worked on this very simple recipe to create the Taj Exotica Magic.
Honey Glazed Shrimps
Ingredients:  Jumbo shrimps 150gms, shrimp stock  250 ml, honey 1 tsp, white pepper powder 10gms, chopped garlic 10gms, butter 30gms, fried spaghetti (for garnish) 10gms, chopped parsley 15gms, olive oil 15gms.
Method:  Marinate the jumbo shrimps with olive oil, chopped garlic white pepper powder, parsley and salt. In a sauté pan add chopped garlic and sear the jumbo shrimps. Add shrimp stock and let reduce. Cooking the prawn, add honey, chopped parsley and seasoning. On a plate arrange jumbo prawn, add the honey glaze sauce. Garnish with fried spaghetti, red spinach and beet root reduction.
