The first season of ‘United Colors of Benetton’ Prince and Princess – Goa 2017 is all set to rock the young boys and girls in the age group of 4 to 16. With a tagline ‘The Little Big Stars’ the pageant celebrates the empowerment of the next generation.
All participants will be trained on various aspects of the pageant before being selected for the finale that is scheduled for September 2 at Cidade de Goa.
There are three age groups for entering the kids into the pageant, namely 4 to 8, 9 to 12 and 13 to 16. One winner and first runner up will be selected in each age group.
Director of Golden Apple Media, Bhupesh Upadhye says that training will be held over the weekends for four days in North and South Goa. All participants will receive participation certificates. He adds that the pageant will teach and encourage participants with public speaking skills, boost their self-confidence and make them comfortable in their own skin.
Fashion designer Chandan Gandhi who has dressed various Bollywood stars like Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and others will be one of the judges along with other personalities from Goa. The Prince and Princess pageant will award over two lakhs worth in gifts and prizes that include laptops, cycles, tabs etc at this year’s finale.
