Huawei launches Nova 3 and Nova 3i In India

Huawei has launched Huawei Nova 3, the company’s latest smartphone in Nova series in India. This phone comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ 3D curved glass display featuring a screen resolution of 2340 pixels x 1080 pixels, and runs on Octa-core Huawei Kirin 970 processor with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. The device has face unlocking that works fine even in dark conditions due to the infrared light that gathers information. Nova 3 features 3D Qmoji which is similar to Animoji of Apple. It has a glass back and supports fingerprint sensor. The phone has 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card. This hybrid dual-SIM phone runs on Android v8.1 Oreo edition with EMUI 8.2. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a secondary 24-megapixel camera with f/1.8 aperture and a front-facing 24-megapixel camera and a secondary 2-megapixel camera. Network features include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2 LE, GPS and USB Type-C. Huawei Nova 3 has a 3750 mAh battery with support for fast charging and is available in black and iris purple colour options. It is priced at `34,999 and will be available on Amazon.in from August 7.

Huawei also launched Nova 3i in India for `20,990. The phone comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with 85 per cent NTSC Color Gamut. The screen has a resolution of 2340 pixels x 1080 pixels. The phone is powered by Octa-Core Kirin 710 with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. It runs on 4GB RAM and has 128GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card. This phone has Android v8.1 Oreo edition with EMUI 8.2 on board. Huawei Nova 3i is a hybrid dual SIM phone featuring fingerprint sensor support. On the optics side it has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a secondary 2-megapixel camera, a 24-megapixel front-facing camera and secondary 2-megapixel camera. Network features include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v4.2 LE and GPS + GLONASS. The phone has a 3240mAh (minimum) battery and is available in black and iris purple colour options. This phone will be available exclusively on Amazon.in from August 7. Pre-bookings have begun.

Sony Mobile has announced the Xperia XZ2 which is priced at `72,990. The phone was first introduced at the Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona earlier this year. This device comes with a 5.7-inch Full HD+ 18:9 HDR screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, it has a resolution of 2160 pixels x 1080 pixels. Powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform, this phone has a 3D glass body and features the same Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the back. It runs on Android v8.0 Oreo edition. The phone also has Adreno 630 GPU on board. It has 6GB RAM and comes with 64GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 400GB using a microSD card. XZ2 is a Hybrid dual-SIM supported phone that comes with water-resistant (IP65/68) certification. On the optics side, it has a 19-megapixel camera supporting Exmor RS sensor, 4K recording, 960fps slow-motion video and 5-axis stabilisation. And it also shoots 120fps standard slow motion. The phone also features 3D Creator. You could take an object, scan it and turn it into a 3D avatar, and then share it on social media or print it. Simply take a selfie and bring it to life in 3D. The phone has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and its network features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac MIMO, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ GLONASS, NFC and USB 3.1 Type-C. The phone features 3180mAh Battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging technology and also comes with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.03. It is available in liquid black colour.

Honor 9N has been launched in India starting from `11,999. The phone comes with Full HD+ 2.5D curved glass display featuring a resolution of 1080 pixels x 2280 pixels. The phone is powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 659 processor with Mali T830 MP2 GPU. It runs on Android v8.0 Oreo edition with EMUI 8.0 and comes with 3GB of RAM with 32GB storage. There also is an option of 4GB RAM with 64/128GB storage. The scope of expansion is 256GB using microSD support. This hybrid dual-SIM supported phone comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera sporting LED flash and a secondary 2-megapixel camera. It also has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. Its network features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2 and GPS / GLONASS. The phone has a 2900mAh (minimum) battery. Honor 9N is available in lavender purple, sapphire blue, robin egg blue and midnight black colour options. The 4GB/64GB edition costs `13,999 while the 4GB/128GB edition costs `17,999. The phone will be available on Flipkart from July 31.
