MARGAO: The Goa state president of the All India Trinamool Congress, Dr Wilfred D’Souza, on Wednesday said that he has brought in a third option in Trinamool Congress to the people of  Goa and that its  their choice to vote its candidates into power by rejecting the Congress and BJP.

He was speaking at the office inauguration of the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC’s) Benaulim candidate, Mr John Fernandes. Dr D Souza said that the Congress government was unclear on the issue of Medium of Instruction.

"The ministers said the cabinet took the decision to support English, while on the other hand it forced a petition in the court to bring a stay on the 104 English primary schools. This is the trick Congress government plays in the state," said Mr D’Souza, the former chief minister. He also stated that the AITC has fielded 20 candidates in the state and would win maximum seats. Mr Fernandes said that the Congress party gives promises and never delivers.
