There are many beauty problems which can be cured by eating the right foods. For example, weak nails can be cured by eating protein and calcium rich foods. Protein rich foods are eggs, lean meat and fish and calcium rich foods are all diary products. Seated at the feet of Ambheghat, in Gaondongrem, Canacona, this waterfall is a wonderful spot where hundreds of picnickers, both locals and tourists, vist, especially at this time of the year.
